Outwith the Camp - Murdo Alex Macleod
A video published by Christian Sermons and Audio Books on February 12th, 2021
Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach. For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. (

The Rev. Murdo Alex MacLeod, a leader of the Free Church of Scotland.
As 1995’s moderator of the Free Church, MacLeod’s main role was to lead the annual general assembly of the Free Church. He performed admirably at a difficult meeting in May 1994, the Free Church said.
MacLeod was a minister at Stornoway Free Church on the Isle of Lewis, one of the best attended Presbyterian churches in Britain, with congregations of 1,000 each Sunday.
The Rev. Iver Martin, assistant minister, described MacLeod as a leader with a clear sense of direction who commanded instant respect.
MacLeod was ordained in 1966 and served as minister of Drumchapel, Dingwall and Inverness before going to Stornoway in 1984.
The Free Churches of Britain are Christian churches that are aligned with neither the Anglican nor the Roman Catholic churches.
MacLeod died of a fatal heart attack at his son’s home in Aberdeen, on Scotland’s northeast coast. He was 60.
MacLeod is survived by his wife and six children.
